What is the point of having a support forum and support form if you're not gonna answer it? What's the point of beta testing if one cannot report anything back or get any feedback, solution..? I'm giving up. I'm taking the tracking code off my site right now.- Thanks for nothing!

Hi byronm, It appears that this is one of the times the automated process doesnt know the difference and it picked up the model number as a telephone number.
