Some promotional offers for the Non-US customers?

Hello, I'd really like to try Microsoft AdCenter to advertise my websites. I've seen a lot of promotional offers, But none of them were for international customers. Is there some promotional offer available that will also work outside of the US? Thanks in advance!

These promotions are for a limited-time only with precise expiration dates. Unfortunately, there are no new promotional offers being extended at the present time...
