  Hi,

     All the code examples for the API say to set the account ID.

     Where do I get this? Why isn't the first code example "How to get your Account ID"? Wouldn't this make sense?
  

     I have tried to call GetAccounts, but I can't figure out how to get this working.

     Is there a PHP example that I can cut and paste?
