  Hello, 

  I recently downloaded the trial version of Excel 2007, and the Beta add-in for Excel.

  I was having problems getting reports to run consistently.  A few reports ran and brought back all the good monetization and count information.  But, many times I would request a report and "nothing was returned" would appear.  Also, when I re-opened Excel, I would get a message saying something like "install not good" or "check for the newest update" or something like that.

  So, I uninstalled and re-installed the add-in.  Now, no matter what I've tried, I can't get the "ad intelligence" tab to show up.  I found a way to look at Excel options, Add-Ins, and scrolled down to the bottom of the window.  There, is the .com add-in for the Adcenter Beta add-in for Excel in "disabled" status.  I can not get it working.

  Can anybody give me some ideas, or maybe a solution?

  you should not get "install not good" or newest update, the error message is not from our system.

   

  could you take a look at the FAQ for the addin

  The first paragraph is about how to reenable the addin, could you try it and let me know the result?

  I'm haveing a similar problem in that the program is installed but there is only an addins tab in excel but no Ad Intellegence Tab. I have installed and repaired and unistalled and reinstalled countless times but I can't get it to work. I have gone into the excel options tab and gone to Com addons and checked it before clicking OK Still nothing. Kinda frustrated don't know what to do next. When it was first loaded it worked but i didn't have a login and password. After getting those I can't get it to work. HELP
