performance metrics not showing?

    performance metrics not showing?

    I can't seem to get my performance metrics to pull in to the application.  The first time I used it it worked, now everything is zeros.  Any help would be appreciated.

     I'm experiencing the same issue. I can choose a time frame. However, the refresh button is greyed out and no data is coming into the application. 

     In addition, the help button in the upper right corner doesn't seem to be working (or perhaps the help files aren't ready yet?)

    Any news on this issue?  I primarily need AdCenter Desktop to manage bids, but I can't do that without this data.  I check weekly, and a time table would be great.

    Hi All,

    The performance data is a known issue and the Desktop team is working to resolve this issue. As updates are applied weekly to the Ace platform, greater functionality will be made available. Also please ensure to use the Feedback link that you have been provided through the MS Connect site.

    Hi All,

    GOOD NEWS!

    Performance Statistics are available once again through Ace. If you are having difficulty seeing this data, try clicking the refresh button on the 'Home' tab. This will refresh your local data with current data.

     Hi Brian,

     

     Whether we can't get "Todays" performance data in the adCenter editor?

    In adCenter interface we are having many options to select "Performance statistics" but in editor we are noticing only very few options only, why these difference?

    Hi All,

    How large is the account that you are attempting to download performance data for? I was successfull in downloading performace stats for I can confirm that in the next version of the editor (Ace v2) that you can select the same options that are also available through the regular adCenter web interface.

    If you are having any missing data with the current version of Ace (v1), you can select the range you are wanting to see and click the Refresh button below your selction from the main ribbon.

    Still no performance metrics after downloading v2.  I've performed the "Download Statistics" function twice.  Still nothing.

    The account I'm downloading is very large.  I want to download statistics so I can trim down the non-performing keywords.  I can't figure out which ones those are without statistics!!

    I'm very frustrated right now.

    microsoft has released new version of desktop v2.3. can u try with it? for my account, i am able to download performance data. but mine is small one. 

    Have you selected "All to date" from dropdown before hitting "Download Statistics"? 

    How many number of keywords are you trying to download?

    I'm using desktop v2.3.  Yes, I've tried "All to date" whe downloading statistics.

    I'm downloading an account with about 60,000 keywords.  I removed my other accounts from the download to see if that was the issue.  Still no luck.  Still very frustrated.

    I am getting statistics, but I am unable to see conversion data. Went into >Settings >Advanced and clicked the check box to turn it on there, but when I go to 'select columns' there is no column labeled "conversions."

    even i am also seeing other perf data except conversions.

    looks like he column is not there in this version.
