    Help link broken

The link to the adCenter analytics help from within adCenter Analytics is broken.

It takes me to the generic adCenter help, which is, how can I say it, NOT helpful.

From there, there is a link to Analytics help, http://help.live-int.com/help.aspx?project=adcenter_analytics_rtw&market=en-us&querytype=&query=&tmt=&domain=help.live-int.com&format=b1 but that results in a 403 not authorized error.

    Oh dear.

    Help link broken

    Hi Sean,

Couple of questions on this.  Which Help Link are you using?  With the current functionality of ACA, the top right help link is for general adCenter help, while the bottom right one is for ACA.  Do you get the same message if you click on the bottom right link?

In addition, can you try the link again?  We are not seeing the problem you are describing, and are wondering if it was a transient issue.  If it continues to happen please fill out a help request at:  https://support.adcenter.msn.com/default.aspx so we can escalate this to our engineers.

    Help link broken

Hi Brian, thank you for your very quick response.

I just checked the help links now.  The link at the bottom of the screen works perfectly - it brings up the adCenter Analytics help I expected.  The link at the top brings up the general adCenter help as you describe (IMHO this is not ideal behavior as it is not the help a user is going to expect while in adCenter Analytics - at a minimum please put two help links at the top - one for adCenter and one for adCenter Analytics).  The URL I am seeing is https://help.live.com/help.aspx?project=adcenter_live_ss&market=en-us&querytype=keyword&query=&tmt=_New&domain=adcenter.microsoft.com&format=b1 .  Within that help window I click on the Analytics help link, http://help.live-int.com/help.aspx?project=adcenter_analytics_rtw&market=en-us&querytype=&query=&tmt=&domain=help.live-int.com&format=b1  .  The specific server message is "HTTP Error 403.6 - Forbidden: IP address of the client has been rejected."  If I change the above URL domain from help.live-int.com to help.live.com, everything is fine.

This appears to be a general server config issue for http://help.live-int.com/ ; If I try http://help.live.com/ I get redirected to http://help.live.com/help.aspx?project=a&market=en-us ; If I try http://help.live-int.com/ I get a 403 error.  Best, Sean

    Hi Sean,

Thanks for the feedback.  I'm going to pass this on to our engineers and see how quickly we can get it fixed.
