No impression and no click, what to do?

  No impression and no click, what to do?

  A few days ago, I signed up adcenter and created a sample ad. The keywords I chose are some popular words. Nevertheless, I simply bid the minimum $0.05 for each of them. A few day passed. So far, all of the keywords show "active" status, but there are no impression and no click. What should I do? Do I just need to keep increasing my bid amount until I see my ad?

   Is there a place Microsoft tell us explicitly why my ad is not showing? In Google Adwords, they tell us what the minimum bids are and I just have to bid that amount and my ad will show. In AdCenter, do I just have to keep guessing?

  Hi New_to_adCenter,

  There are a few things that may be inhibiting your ad delivery. The bids could be to low for the keywords your have selected to allow delivery. This means that you may be bidding on a competitive term that has many advertisers bidding for position 1 or the first page. The other could be the budget is to low for the ad to deliver consistantly. Too few keywords or keywords that are unique to you, but uncommon. Targeting my also be hindering your ad delivery as you are focusing your ads to a specific area or time of day.

  Target customers by age group and gender

  My mistake - originally thought this was about AdCenter Desktop.  Tried to Delete.  System wouldn't allow my entry to be deleted.
