Can't Get To The Ad Ingellegence Tab

  Can't Get To The Ad Ingellegence Tab

  I'm having a problem in that the program is installed but there is only an addins tab in excel but no Ad Intellegence Tab. I have installed and repaired and unistalled and reinstalled countless times but I can't get it to work. I have gone into the excel options tab and gone to Com addons and checked it before clicking OK Still nothing. Kinda frustrated don't know what to do next. When it was first loaded it worked but i didn't have a login and password. After getting those I can't get it to work. HELP

   I have already reviewed this document and the solution listed doesn't work.Can you recomend something else?

   I can't seem to get it work too.

  I've sent u the screenshot. How long does it take for tech support to reply messages sent to 'adSage@microsoft.com'?
