Can't log in to more than one account

    Can't log in to more than one account

    This is a thread from the previous adcenter desktop dicussions. I have installed adcenter destop and was able to log in to and import one account. The problem is that I cannot access more than one account. Any progress on fixing this bug?

    Hi jrogersTBA,

     I will look in to this issue for you and I will let you know as soon as I find out. Could you possibly send me a screenshot from the Accounts screen where it lists the accounts you have access to please? Also, from the news group, could you also let me know the big is the one account you are using today?

    Hi jrogersTBA,

    In order to access additional accounts in the Ace tool, you would need to select the Account button on the Home tab. This will open the Account Subscription screen. Enter your username and password, then select next. Once you select next, you should have a list of available accounts to select the account you are needing to work with. You can either double click the account or highlight one then click the add button. Once you are ready, click the finish button and selected accounts data will then begin to download off that accounts data. You will now be returned to the Home tab and you will now be able to select that newly added account.

    Hi Brian

    My question is about accessing accounts with different user/pass. I just installed the latest update and was able to add one additional account under a different user/pass. It won't allow me to add any more.

     As an agency we have many client adCenter accounts under different user/pass. The desktop tool will be very helpful, but we must be able to manage multiple accounts!

     Same problem with us - we are an agency and have only been able to download one account. Help!

    Hi All,

    If you are having account visibilty, you can call or email adCenter Support by following these links, according to your market. They will be able to have the provisioning looked in to for you and let you know once resolved. They will need the logons associated to the accounts in order to have them correctly provisioned.
