   I know this is off-topic as support for DM LiveStats ended a fortnight ago but this is the only place where I might find some fellow ex-DM users struggling with the new regime - specially with the lack of support for the import of legacy server logs.

  We recently had to re-build our server and had to re-install DM.  As a consequence, there's an issue that's come back which I'm sure I got sorted out back in 2006 with help from the DM support team: I'm getting a recurring Collector Event Notification which alternates between

  • DM Analyzer - Could not Validating License (Return Code=500)
  • DM Analyzer - error condition cleared - license granted

  This happens 2-3 times a day  and I'm sure it might be influencing other performance issues which also seem to be caused by DM
  

  I'm pretty sure this is permissions related  but before I start tinkering with this I'd like to check if anyone remembers confronting something similar
