Tips for getting the most ouf of content ads?

What advice does MS offer to getting the best out of content ads? Seems no matter how much i bid, nothing ever shows.  Being in the tech side i'd like to see some of my ads on Digg - is it possible to target that specifically?

    Hi byronm,

Currently this functionality, which is also known as "site targeting," is not supported in adCenter. We do have plans to offer this kind of functionality in the future.

    Tip: keep it relevent.
adCenter analyzes the content of a webpage to determine its meaning and then matches relevant keyword-targeted ads to display on the webpage. For example, if you visit a webpage about traveling in the Cascade mountain range, our technology knows that the webpage is not about waterfalls or soap. The result? You get relevant ads delivered on relevant webpages.

    Thanks,

    Brian H - MSFT

Is there an average bid price or a formula that has to be achieved to get into the content side? i hardly ever see any content impressions when enabled even when i had CPC's of 1.00 or more
