  Our company is looking to do a CPA campaign with Microsoft Digital Advertising.  Does anybody know of an Internet Marketing Agency that would have an "in" with Microsoft that would be able to help us out.

  The sales department at Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions has not been very helpful or responsive is the reason why I am asking.
